JavaScript Game Developer

You will participate heavily in the development for the Kodable game. Kodable is multi-platform with a main codebase written in JavaScript using Cocos2d-X. We have production deployments for Web and iOS that routinely get tens of thousands of users a day.

  • You’ll direct development of all game-related features. Working directly with the CTO to ensure a seamless experience with all platforms.

  • You'll work directly with top-tier artists and game designers to build and deploy new features and games.

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have 1+ years JavaScript development experience in a production environment

  • You have 1+ years experience in game development

  • You care deeply about programming education

  • You have contributed significantly to the release of a production-level game (preferably not a side-project, something with actual users)

  • You have experience with networking and interfacing with server-side code (saving/loading data, offline syncing, etc)

As a Mobile Release Engineer on the Salesforce Mobile team, you will help keep the Mobile CI running at top efficiency. iOS Software Engineer for Aviation Crew App

Avinode is hiring! We are looking for an iOS software engineer to join our downtown Portland development team. You will build the next generation of features for the SchedAero Crew iOS App, a mobile version of crew-facing features for SchedAero, the charter aviation industry’s most popular web application for flight quoting and scheduling.

Who are we looking for?

You are the right person for this job if you:

  • Have a minimum 5 years of experience developing data-driven iOS apps using Objective-C, with recent experience in Swift.

  • Bring experience maintaining and supporting iOS apps over multiple years and iterations of development.

  • Have experience with source control and bug tracking software (we use Git and Jira).

  • Build automated testing and performance/stability monitoring into your apps. Experience using fastlane for continuous integration and deployment automation is a plus.

  • Can work effectively with a distributed, agile team, and within established standards and processes.
