Job Summary

You will be responsible for successful execution and delivery of technical aspects of enterprise-level software. You will work closely with the Head of Product and Lead Designer to ensure technological and operational components are delivered on schedule and on budget. You will be the first hire of the technical team and initially will work with freelancers of your choice to get things done. Along with the growth of the company, you will be able to form and manage your own tech team to further develop IDEX's software suite.

  • 2 plus years’ experience developing in one or more of the below mentioned development stacks

    • Expertise in large distributed systems using Java, C, C++, Go or Scala.

    • Experience developing in Spring Framework, Spring Integration, ReST, RxJava.

    • Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS, React.js/Angular.js.

  • Experience with Unix/ Linux and shell scripting.

  • Experience with GIT, SVN, Continuous Integration systems (Hudson/Jenkins) & Bug Tracking (Jira)

  • Strong understanding of application security

  • Knowledge of one or more SQL and/or NoSQL database
