We're looking for a Senior Lead Engineering Manager to join the VideoPeel team. Lehi, Utah is preferred, but you can be located anywhere. We're building new technologies around remote video capturing and publishing. You should have significant experience with front-end and back-end systems, focused most recently in node/react stack, as well as AWS. You will be working with the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build our engineering organization

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code

• Manage the repository, back-up, and deployment infrastructure for our code

• Develop and support software including applications, DB, integrations, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements, across all devices/browsers.

• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

• Support test and deployment of new products and features

• Lead code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)

• 5+ years Full Stack software development experience

• 3+ years of node/react stack experience

• 2+ years of AWS experience

• Experience developing with video experiences, plugins, and AI is a strong plus
